NLB Solutions are working with an established business based in Hemel Hempstead who are recruiting a Payroll Administrator. The company are looking for someone who has payroll experience ideally with timesheets. They need someone that has a desire to work proactively and use their own initiative and are keen to learn.

The business will offer open plan working environment, onsite parking and discount gym membership. Reporting directly to the payroll manager, who encourages development and on the job training.

Duties:

1. Chasing outstanding timesheets

2. Uploading new starters and any agreement packages

3. Processing expenses and solving any queries that arise

4. Dealing with any queries from payroll

5. Updating spreadsheets with relevant information

6. Preparing and sorting timesheets for data entry

7. Resolving discrepancies and obtaining information for incomplete timesheets

Person spec:

1. Computer literate (experience of MS Office desirable)

2. Good telephone manner

3. Proactive and use own initiative
