Gi Group is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Advisor / Data Entry candidate to join a team of 12 brilliant Customer Service representatives in a company based in LE67.
This is a full time permanent role that also offers training, however Customer Service and office experience would be ideal.

* Salary £20,857 per annum
* Bonus structure up to £1,500 per year
* Working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm and Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm on rotational basis
* 20 holidays + bank holidays, each year going up by 1 up to 25 days per year

About the role:
* To ensure that customer orders and enquiries are completed accurately within the required timescales.
* Ensure that customer requirements are understood and met.
* Build relationships with customers and ensure that customers receive regular updates on the progress of orders and enquiries.
* Work with the Inventory Team to ensure that back orders and loss sales are minimised.
* To ensure speedy effective resolution to customer issues and complaints.
* Maximise sales opportunities through the up selling and cross selling of products to ensure products goods are sold to customers at every opportunity.
* Maximising revenue and maintaining service through the supply of alternative products when stock outs occur.
* To establish a highly efficient working environment in which organization, routine and personal responsibility, are clearly understood, thereby establishing good working practices.
* Any other duties as reasonable requested.
