Hazlemere Window Company Ltd are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire Salary: Competitive Job Type: Permanent – Full Time

An opportunity has arisen within our Customer Service Support team for an experienced Scheduler.

Customer Service Administrator – Key Responsibilities:

– Scheduling planned maintenance, remedial and corrective visits with clients for our service engineers

– Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships at all levels

– Preparing various activity and KPI reports

– Liaising with internal departments related to all contract matters (Customer Service, Accounts & Sales)

– Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all aspects relating to service

Customer Service Administrator – You:

We are looking for someone with the drive and enthusiasm to provide an outstanding service to our customers every day. Our ideal candidate has:

– Prior scheduling experience

– Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner

– Great organisation skills and a customer focus

– Strong attention to detail

– Ability to prioritise workload, work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities

– You must be able to use Microsoft software

Key attributes should include:

– Advanced experience with Microsoft and be confident on a computer

– Manage office communications, letters, and documents

– Diary Management for team

– Manage workload and prioritise accordingly

– Be willing to learn new software

– Help manage team inboxes

– Data entry onto CRM Database

– External and internal department telephone calls

This is a salaried position and carries 22 days annual leave plus Statutory Bank holidays, and additional staff benefits.
