We are delighted to recruit for on behalf of our Client, a Customer Service Advisor. This is a lovely opportunity to work for an expanding medical organisation.

Salary: £19,942pa + yearly salary reviews

One-off bonus of £1000 will be paid to new starters upon successful completion of their probation period. Yearly salary reviews.

Location: Ashton, Preston

Start: ASAP

Hours: 37.5 per week

Break: 1h lunch time

Key responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to clients and healthcare professionals in the day-to-day management of customer service daily workflow.

Duties:

Manage inbound and outbound calls and e-mails for clients and healthcare professionals
Sort and process incoming prescriptions
Data entry and managing web orders
Contact surgeries for outstanding prescriptions
Register new clients
Process sample orders
Offer support and advice to fellow team membersQualities:
