Administrators – People Services x 2. 12 week contract. Mobile Telecoms

Glasgow based/Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 from home)

Exciting new roles to work on a busy recruitment programme for two Administers to join leading mobile operator in Glasgow. This role will be to support the wider people team on all volume admin related tasks including planning and coordinating diaries and supporting logistics, to help ensure the people team's objectives are achieved.

Day to day tasks include:

Adding people to the HR Database (People Online)

Document Preparation
Organizes and prepares complex documents by using multiple computer applications (such as Microsoft
Office), while also gathering and summarizing data for special reports.
Logistics / Arrangements
Maintains appointment calendars and reserves meeting rooms according to specific instructions

Obtaining log-in details for new starters

Entering all the correct information (on new starters) into the database (so lots of data entry)

Working with the Resource Administrators

HR experience is not essential. This role would suit a strong Administrator (with data entry) who is used to working in a very busy environment i.e might have come from telecoms, Finance, HMRC industries for example.

Must be resilient and able to deal with repetitive work.

Strong MS Office

Any People applications experience would be good (Oracle etc) , not essential
