We are looking for well-spoken individuals showing customer service qualities who are ready to join our client’s office. A great opportunity to grow and develop, all while working in a friendly and driven team is waiting for you!

You are expected to…

Have some experience in providing excellent customer service
Be computer literate / have data entry experience
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
Be available to work full time (any 5 out of 7 days a week – rota provided in advance)
You will be…

the first point of contact for customers’ queries
responding to inquiries via phone, email, live chat
problem solving
able to navigate a computerized data entry system
