Hours; 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri in the office
My client is now looking for an experienced administrator to join their growing company. The Administrator will work in a small team of 2 and provide general admin and customer service support to the rest of the business.
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to organise and prioritise their workload. With good IT skills you will be proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
As contracts administrator, you will be comfortable liaising with internal colleagues as well as speaking to customers as and when needed to clarify information. You will have good data entry skills and experience and good attention to detail. Ideally you should have good geographical knowledge as you will be booking in appointments for surveyors to visit customers and then following this up with the customer.
The company is growing massively and as such this is a fast paced and exciting environment to work.
Job Description
1. Entering new sales daily into the system as provided from the Sales Reps.
2. Checking the submitted paperwork from the Sales Reps is in line with GDPR and contracts are fully completed
3. Checking the system daily to ensure all sales are accounted for.
4. Place welcome calls to new customers
5. Sending out the appropriate welcome letters.
6. Move any sales to ‘pending cancellation’ as required (from a negative welcome call) and email Sales Director
7. Keeping database records updated (address)
8. Preparing and sending out Sales paperwork to sales reps for new appointments
9. Booking in Surveyor appointments & making confirmation calls
