What you will be doing…

* Offer telephone customer support

* Negotiating and settling claims

* Processing and handling claim validation tasks and supporting documents

* Build rapport and trust with customers

* Promote team work and performance to achieve targets

* Drive outstanding customer service

* Promote and recommend service and system improvement

Requirements….

* Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

* Proven computer and data entry skills with attention to detail

* Ability to problem solve think laterally

* Good literacy & numeracy skills
