P Flannery plant Hire is one of the UK's largest suppliers of operated & non operated plant machinery. We are recruiting a Service Administrator to work in our Wembley office.

Service Administrators are responsible for several functions in an organisation, but their main responsibility will be:

Service Administrator duties and responsibilities

1. Updating Pre inspection reports (PDI) on the system.

2. Answering the phone and taking messages for staff.

3. Filing and maintaining the files.

4. Creating the files for the new Plant and attachments.

5. Archiving files for the Plant and attachments sold or disposed.

6. Assisting with updating the Plant certificates on the system.

7. Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases.

8. Any adhoc duties as required.

Required Skills and Experience:
Motivated self-starter
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Ability to thrive under pressure
Good Organisational skills
Attention to detail
Confident with Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and Outlook
Previous experience in administration is essential, experience in the Construction/Plant Hire sector would be an advantage.
