Think Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a local client in Hemel Hempstead to help them sourcing for an Accounts Payable Assistant for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. As the Accounts Payable Assistant, you will support all Accounts Payable functions with data entry, as well as supporting the Finance team, and wider organisation with various key administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable/P2P
Invoicing, Statements, Queries
Processing of receipts
Processing supplier invoices and dealing with queries
Reconciling supplier statements
Employee expenses
Other tasks including, but not limited to
Skills and Experience Required:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Minimum two years accounting experience
Confident communicator, both internally and externally
Numerical and analytical
A can-do attitude with a flexible approach, a multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
