Twenty2 Recruitment are looking for an Accounts and Admin assistant to join a busy and growing team in Ashbourne. The role is varied and the successful candidate will be working across the key business functions providing full administrative and finance support.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting the Accounts team with Bookkeeping responsibilities.

* Processing supplier and sales invoices.

* Reconciliations on the accounting systems.

* Supporting with subcontractor payroll runs.

* Supporting with reporting.

* Data Entry and project work.

* Dealing with queries and providing a high level of customer service.

* Providing day to day general administrative support to the accounting and HR teams.

* Supporting with ad-hoc projects.

Experience and skills required:

* Experience in an accounts or administration role

* Knowledge of Xero would be an advantage

* Knowledge of accounting systems

* Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word

* Good interpersonal skills

* Excellent organisational skills

* Attention to detail and ability to manage own workload

* Excellent IT Skills – experience working on systems projects would be an advantage
