Customer Service Administrator -£22k – 24k per annum – Leamington Spa

Salary 22k, bonus up to 2k.

We have a Customer Service Administrator permanent position. Working hours are 9am to 5pm.

Working within a small team for a manufacturing business you will be expected to carry out the following duties.

Customer Service Administrator duties

Managing the email inbox and responding to enquiries,
Calling customers back with information they have requested,
Administration tasks,
Order processing and data entry
Placing orders for spare parts. 
Forwarding website to enquiries to internal staff. 
To be considered for the Customer Service Administrator position you will need experience with MS Office and be comfortable learning new software applications.

The ideal candidate would have previous office experience however we will consider applicants from other work experience backgrounds including retail, hospitality, holiday industry etc
