My client is currently looking for an enthusiastic Part Time Internal Sales Advisor to join their small and friendly company. The ideal candidate will have a confident telephone manner, be computer literate and have a positive 'can do' attitude. You will be responsible for contacting existing customers to develop better relationships to support generating future sales. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, paying between £10 – £12 per hour and working 20 hours a week.

£10.00 – £12.00 per hour

Internal Sales Advisor duties include:

Making outbound calls to existing customers, developing and maintaining relationships to drive rental business
Outbound calls to existing customers to explain their services to increase revenue
Understanding the customer service experience customers have received and account manage
Contacting customers who haven't used their services for a while and understand the reasons 
General data entry into their CRM system Salesforce to record the above
Requirements:-

Confident telephone manner – outbound calls using scripts
Ideally from a Customer Service / Sales background
Able to use own initiative to find right person to talk to, to open doors and have meaningful conversations with
Willingness to learn the product services to develop connections with customers
Computer literate – use of Microsoft Offices and inhouse systems
Attention to detail and record keepingMy client is looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated individual to work alongside the department managers to contact existing customers for feedback to drive additional business.
