Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Co-Ordinator on behalf of a well-established Kitchens and Bedrooms Manufacturer located in Tyseley in Birmingham.

As a Trainee Sales Co-Ordinator you will be working within the customer services team providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

The Role:

Processing orders
Answering incoming calls
Dealing with customer enquiries
Managing customer accounts
General administration/data entry tasks. 

The ideal candidate for this role must have previous customer service and administration experience along with the following:

Excellent attention to detail 
Organised and able to prioritise work duties 
Always strives to go over and above to deliver great service to customers 
Willing to learn 
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm, this is a full time permanent role.
