Overview

A client of ours in the Braintree area are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time temporary position for 3 months, working Monday – Friday 37 hours per week and paying up £10.50 per hour depending on experience.

Your key duties in this Administrator role will include but are not limited to:

Assist with the registration of all types of submissions for building regulation purposes.
Prepare forms and correspondence for typing, including monitoring stock control and ordering stationery.
Data entry
Deal with telephone enquiries, typing and photocopying as required.
Assist as required with monitoring, storage and retrieval of building control data and information.
Raise invoices
Be responsible for the preparation of pro-forma invoices.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

A good standard of general education, particular emphasis on English & Maths. Good Typing, administration and IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft office and Word.
Experience of working in an office, dealing with the public and professionals, good communication abilities and telephone manner.
Good interpersonal & organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, prioritise workloads & meet tight deadlines.
Admin and Secretarial experience desirable.
