We are looking for a temporary office staff!
There are multiple roles available, such as receptionist, administrators, and customer service representatives. To be considered for the role you must be immediately available and open to ad-hock temp work with our client. This position is solely temp only. This role will be perfect for you if you have on going availability and looking to gain experience/ looking for a perm role or happy to temp due to additional commitments.

Pay Rate: £11.50 – £13 depending on role and experience
Schedule: Hours/Days: Monday-Friday 9-5:30

Responsibilities:
Answering the phone, dealing with client queries, strong use of Switchboard.
Diary Management / Team management.
Arranging Couriers for clients/colleagues.
Managing reactive email base.
Excellent Customer service skills.
Supporting the office staff with general administration; data entry report writing, marketing.Skills and Experience:
An independent worker with a strong sense of initiative.
Confident and comfortable with taking inbound and outbound calls.
Reliable, organised, multitasks and sociable.
Appreciates that customer service is a huge role that impacts the company's ongoing growth.
Good understanding of word, outlook, excel, bookkeeping, switch board.
