Overview

My Client is looking for a Technical and Compliance Administrator to work 37 hours a week in a fast paced enviroment.

Role Includes

* To support the team with administration tasks

* Prepare and edit basic Excel workbooks Provides analytical support to the Housing Property team Handles administrative functions including data entry and report creation (various databases and information management systems)

* Ensures compliance documentation is correctly filed and accessible by colleagues. Assists/leads on data/information/report collation for various purposes including responding to disrepair claims and audit enquires.

* Provide and share regular reports showing Key Performance Information.

* Candidate should understand the importance of compliance, be organized, efficient, good at communicating via telephone and email, have a good understanding of Microsoft products including Teams and good Excel skills.

* The team is busy and the ideal candidate will be used to working in a busy role with multiple priorities
