Customer Service Executive – Peterborough

Taskmaster are currently looking to recruit an Customer Service Executive to join the expanding team of our well established client based within Peterborough.

The Customer Service Executive’s role will be to provide high quality customer service both relating to telephony, electronic, face to face and Reception support and other forms of customer contact to any areas of the business. To provide high quality administrate support relating to any areas of the business

Suitable candidates for the Customer Service Executive will be required:

* Dealing with enquires, compliments and complaints.

* Providing information & helping to solve customer issues in an effective and timely way.

* Day to day liaison with contractors, processing of contractor documentation, disseminating relevant information and chasing outstanding paperwork to progress or closes orders.

* Requesting quotes and processing invoices form contractors.

* Recording and scheduling of jobs, and processing paperwork before and after work has been

* carried out by the appropriate teams.

* Use of various management system and databases.

* Taking information from customers and entering it into the appropriate database.

* Reception duties.

* General office duties i.e. filing, shredding, scanning, photocopying etc.

* Taking payments from customers, raising orders and processing invoices.

* To contribute to office and phone cover.

* Any other duties as assigned.


* Experience in delivering great customer service.

* Experience in providing admin support.

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

* Good data entry and typing skills.

* Experience in dealing with difficult customers.

* Ability to quickly learn new skills.

Pay: £9.89ph

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30
