Location – Chertsey
Salary – £122.88 Per day
Duration – On going contract

Summary of a Team Administrator
Our client is looking for a Team Administrator to join their European Telecoms Office. The team are based in our European Headquarters in Chertsey but they work with subsidiaries across Europe and HQ based in Suwon.
Responsibilities of a Team Administrator
• Plan the schedule of the senior management team and efficiently allocate tangible resources and time according to the schedule
• Manage expenses for the Senior Management team
• Arrange travel and accommodation using internal systems for the Senior Management team
• Handling secretarial tasks -Provide supports in holding various events and meetings related to the management and their attendance, the management of the office environment, and participate in secretarial tasks for VIPs
• Making travel arrangements and claim business expenses for employees
• Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
• Researching company data and archived reports
• Acting as a personal assistant to Senior Management
• Scheduling appointments and events
• Participating in office meetings and taking meeting minutes
• Ordering office stationery and other supplies
• Keeping records, filing and physical inspection Company assets and samples
• Coordinating and handling financial records, invoices, credit and final accounts as per project requirement
Key competencies of a Team Administrator
• Experience in Business Administration, Information Office Management, Experiences in administration, ideally working with a multi-national company
• Demonstrated understanding of business environment and an excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare reports and budgets
• Ability to handle the information of the work with support and confidentiality
• Preferably with a Korean language communication skill but not crucial
• Rapid data entry, attention to details and good editing skills
• Ability to operate office gadgets such as printers and copiers
• Excellent people and customer service skills
• Good research skills, data analysis and the ability to translate sophisticated data into a simple format
