Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Grads Welcome)- London- 18 months- £120-£150

A global technology company are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team on an initial 18 month assignment. The successful candidate will promote and maintain, through interactions with others, a positive, professional, team- orientated, and service- conscious environment that contributes to the goals of the department and reflects the values of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end support and expertise to the talent acquisition function including scheduling interviews, sending confirmations, entering information in applicant tracking systems, etc.
All virtual and onsite interviews
Provide outstanding candidate experience during the interview process
Arrange candidate travel and process travel expense reimbursement
Manage relocation with mobility team
Background checks
Build relationships and partnerships with internal customers
Process offer letters, new hire paperwork and ensure smooth new hire on- boarding experience
Data entry for interviewSkills/ Experience:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Word and Outlook)
Technology- savvy
Coordination and planning skills
Able to prioritise work assignments, work independently and manage time effectively
Able to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Assertive, proactive and resourceful
