Stock Administrator

We are looking for Administrators to join our dynamic and fast paced team. The role has direct responsibility for supporting the Warehouse,, Stock or Transport Teams

The successful candidate will ensure through data processing that all administration is complete including, reviewing stock data, data analysis (including aged stock management), complete SAP transactions as required, and reporting as applicable including all other tasks activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner, constantly achieving departmental KPIs. This is done by achieving the local KPI/SLA's as indicated by the customer. Briefing and de-briefing drivers

Pay rates would be the below
£12.28 per hour on rotational shift,
£14.15 for OT or Sat working
£18.86 for Sunday or BH working

These are for rotational shift positions, rotating every week over 3 shifts, which work as the below
Week 1 22:00-06:00
Week 2 14:00-22:00
Week 3 06:00-14:00

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

* Managing the SAP system with the various inputs required in order to maintain stock integrity, data entry, using SAP and excel spread sheets.
* Maintain and align stock records for specific customers
* Ensure issue logging process in adhered to through to issue resolution, resolution of SAP (and other IT related systems where applicable) systems related issues within SLA
* Development and ongoing ownership of operational spreadsheets / reports as required to ensure the integrity of KPI data
* Provide support and information for regular customer and supplier reviews, support the flow of information and feedback for all business and customer updates and initiatives
* Undertake training as identified in departmental training plan
* Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers to better understand key business drivers and devise tactical improvement plans to support continued growth / success
* Operate and interrogate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to identify potential improvements, maintaining stock reconciliation (using SAP/WMS & excel reports)

Your Skills and Experience

* Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications including data bases
* Knowledge of SAP LES system
* Good knowledge of creating and interrogating spreadsheet, ability of interpreting data
* Development and understanding of KPIs
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience of stock management and stock control
