Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Construction Site Administrator to work on our Southern Water MGJV Contract.

The role will involve working from our site office at Chatham and various other sites within the Kent area and will also include some working from home (to be agreed).

As the Site Administrator your duties and responsibilities will be:

Assisting the site project teams on a daily basis.

Responsible for scanning and filing/uploading site documents to company system (viewpoint4project).

Data entry.

Raising requisitions for material and plant orders.

Collate materials delivery tickets and ensuring correct allocation to schedule of cost codes.

Liaising with commercial team to manage contract budgets.

Checking PPE stock and replenishing stock when required.

Ensuring compliance to company policies.

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Liaising with the central IT support.

Liaising with Document Control Setting up project system requirements.  

Provide IT assistance with software packages.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

Driving licence and own car is essential.

Experience of working within a site environment would be an advantage but not essential.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently and part of a team.

Positive about maintaining standards.

Confident self-starter.

Strong attention to detail.

Be competent in using MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Be organised and can priories their workload.

Good work ethics.
