My client is looking for a graduate or customer service professional to join their small Customer Support team, providing excellent customer service within a fast paced and varied role. You will be providing the best quality of customer care to all customers. This business offers many benefits and a great working environment.
The duties will include:
Inputting customer details onto CRM systems
Processing orders
Handling customer enquiries and complaints
Raising purchase orders
Data entry

No office based work experience? No problem, our client are happy to consider graduates with any type of customer service background such as retail or hospitality.
You will need to be able to meet the following:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
A good eye for detail
Previous experience within a customer facing role
Excellent verbal and written skills
Positive, can-do attitude
