This role will involve reporting into the Shipping Manager and performing and executing import / export shipping administration tasks, to support the smooth running of the operation.
The ideal candidate will ideally have the following:
* Previous data admin experience
* Strong detail orientation and strives for accuracy/ Ability to multitask/ Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
* Strong, clear, and transparent communication in both verbal and written abilities
* Committed to delivering outstanding customer service; desire to exceed customer expectations
* A team player who acts with integrity and treats everyone with respect
Knowledge & Experience
* Previous experience in shipping, import, export admin role is an asset but not essential
* Proven data entry /accuracy experience
* IT literate (Microsoft Office packages)
