About The Opportunity: We now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Team Administrator to join our existing Group Sales and Marketing/PSUK Telesales teams. Reporting into the PSUK Telesales Manager, your overall responsibility will be to deliver market leading customer service in handling all aspects of our customer and internal customer requirements to the highest standards. As well as undertaking telesales and customer support activities to drive awareness of the PSUK proposition and to drive growth supporting the sales strategy with dispensing doctors and other primary care customers.

Key Responsibilities:

An ideal candidate will be confident in building and maintaining relationships with customers through successfully owning customers’ expectations. This will be through internal and external customer communications, providing accurate advice and information regarding our products. Champion the use of the PSUK Portal, APM generic scheme, My Deals and other commercial tools.

You will be managing incoming PSUK specific queries via shared inbox, handling query through to resolution. In addition to providing general customer support by answering incoming telephone calls and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately in line with customer service processes.

The timely execution of all regular sales and administrative tasks and full utilisation of business and CRM tools will be vital in this role. This could entail conducting courtesy calls to ensure customers contact details are kept up to date and are accurate, updating deals and pricing updates, and the processing of the account joiners and leavers register.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Key Experience:

Experience of working in a call centre/ telesales team in a B2B organisation, ideally in the healthcare sector, dealing with inbound & outbound calls.
Data entry/capture environment.
Experience of using operational, finance, customer service systems and tools.
Experience of working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders.Knowledge and skills:
