Overview
We have a very exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator role for a global events company, working with famous brands and venues in Preston on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
* To respond to and record inbound sales enquiries (both Sport and Bespoke & Creative) through a variety of channels, including HubSpot, email, telephone, and LinkedIn – passing Sport sale enquiries to the dedicated team.
* To ensure an effective and efficient data management system, adding, amending, and removing data as and when necessary to ensure sales pipelines and client records are maintained to a high standard through HubSpot
* To provide an overall administrative service for and on behalf of the Business Development team, ensuring they are able to pursue active opportunities and can remain customer facing
Essential experience:
* Extensive use of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
* Proven track record of working as part of a team to produce quotations / tenders
* Data entry (accuracy) & cleansing of databases
* Dealing with customer conflict appropriately / resolving to achieve a positive outcome
Desirable experience:
* Experience within a technology-based business / market
* Experience of using HubSpot CRM
* Experience of dealing with high level customers in Retail, Leisure, Sports Stadia market
