Overview

JOB PURPOSE 

You will support the Customer Delivery Manager and Customer service coordinator with general administrative duties. 

You will take ownership of all Data processing of Job packs and machine cards including data entry to Sage  

Be our point of call for incoming telephone and e-mail enquiries. 

Hospitality arrangements as required  

Support the Engineering and Customer Delivery Teams. 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will ensure all documentation is accurate.  

As our administrator you will support continuous quality performance improvements throughout operations 

Calm and organized approach to all tasks 

Desirable Knowledge & Skills  

Administration skills. 

Confidence in using Microsoft Office and Excel 

Organized with excellent attention to detail. 

Able to interpret and evaluate data.
