About the role:

We are looking for a Records Administrator to join the team. Working within the administration team you will work closely with third party suppliers and internal teams, update records and provide administration support on a day-to-day basis.

As the Records Administrator, it will be your responsibility to:

* Create, chase & compile documentation and information for the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manuals for our projects upon their completion

* Work closely with third-party accommodation suppliers to organise corporate rates at popular hotels

* Book accommodation for employees as per requests

* File and archive documentation and reports

* Gather and produce documentation and files for projects due to commence

* Update records and maintain data entry

* Create and format useful documents for the business

* Fulfil information requests

* Deal with day-to-day enquiries via email and telephone

* Be involved in and take minutes of important meetings

The successful candidate will have:

* Experience in using Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel etc)

* Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
