Brief Role Description:

Due to business growth, we need an enthusiastic Receptionist/HR Admin who is looking to get stuck in to an exciting, busy, and friendly team.

Responsibilities:

* Administration support to the HR Team across AF Evesham & Ledbury

* Data maintenance of HR folders & files on shared drive ensuring easy accessibility

* Data entry of training records

* Maintain up to date HR files

* Liaising with Occupational Health, maintaining OH admin and records

* Assisting with calculation of Bradford Factor

* Supporting the HR Team with Recruitment in liaising with Recruitment Agencies, arranging Interviews, liaising with OHSE Manager in relation to OHSE Induction, New Starters administration, ordering of uniforms & safety wear

* Group & Site Communication – update notice boards, communication screens etc

* Maintain office supplies

* Maintain long service award system

* Reception duties two days per week including covering annual leave & absences

* First point of contact for all visitors on site (entry to exiting the site) including Health & Safety Rules

* Being the first point of call for ordering of consumables for the site including work wear, PPE

* Management of meeting room bookings, the ordering of any refreshments/food for meetings

* Responsible for postal & courier

About You:

* GCSE, English & Mathletics

* Fluent in written and spoken English;

* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

* Well organised with finely tuned attention to detail

* MS Office Tools
