Overview

Immediate requirement for purchasing support assistant – 37.5 hours per week

Start time 8.30 am – finish 5.30 pm – 3.30 pm Friday – lunch break 45 minutes

Will be involve freight tracking and import management – Land / sea and air

Data entry – Liaising with departments to resolve issues – invoice validation and approval – raising payment requests / answering and making phone calls – filing and raising purchase orders .

Will have previous Admin experience – Strong IT skills Office 365 in particular – ability to work independently and take responsibility – ability to communicate effectively at all levels .

Ideal candidate will have previous purchasing / supply chain experience with a continuous improvement mindset
