Radar Recruitment are supporting a long-term client with their requirement for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a 9 Month FTC. Reporting into management you will be responsible for data entry, posting of invoices and supporting administrative tasks.

* Checking and reconciling all supplier statements on a regular basis

* Sharing the task of distributing the Finance email mailbox regularly through the day and answering the company switchboard

* Use of spreadsheets for finding information and creation of invoices from back up documentation

* All invoices are filed, approved and moved around authorisation process in a pdf format as we run a paperless dept.


* Must have sound previous Purchase Ledger and data entry experience.

* High standard of MS Office experience as using Adobe, Excel and Outlook

* Must have own transport due to location of office.
