Overview
We’re hiring for a Production Operative to join a distribution company based in Whaley Bridge on a full-time permanent basis working rotating day shifts. Joining a dedicated team, they have a strong customer base across the UK, and due to growth require an additional member to support them.
What’s on offer?
* £12.00 per hour
* Rotating shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm
* January start
* Free onsite parking
What will you be doing as a Production Operative?
* Loading hoppers ready for distribution and operating them to aid you in packing goods
* Checking and measuring the weight of products to confirm the correct quantity
* Packing and labelling products ready for dispatch
What do you need?
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a production/ distribution environment or similar
* High literacy & numeracy skills
* A methodical approach, punctuality, and reliability
