Role description

The mission of the Production Administrator is to work closely with the production team and provide administration services for the Bingley production operation. The successul candidate will be based locally to Bingley.

Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent in English and Maths

Computer literate and confident with Microsoft packages

People management and prioristing skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Accurate data entry

Attention to detail

Your main challenges

Loading customer orders

Maintain the order processing and stock management systems

Capture production data and validate product costing outputs

Obtain Certificates of Origin via Chamber of Commerce

Prepare Export invoices for Global distribution

Complete documentation for freight collection

Arrange collections with Forwarders

Monthly PIA stock checks

Direct lorries for loading and unloading
