Exciting opportunity within a world-leading business-to-business, training electronics systems, hardware and embedded software engineers at many of the world’s leading brands.

Responsibilities

Administration and logistics support for all training courses, including:

Housekeeping of in-person training at our office in Ringwood* (providing refreshments, co-ordination of lunches etc)

Booking of and coordinating with 3rd party training venues*

Organising and booking travel and accommodation for training staff globally*

Printing, packing and distribution of global training materials

Coordinating with training partners to provide materials for co-delivery of courses

Admin support for internal teams:

Sales support including email responses to initial customer enquiries

Marketing support including data entry or data manipulation in MS Excel and CRM systems

Other ad hoc admin tasks to support the wider business as and when required

Essential Requirements

The role can be customer facing, requiring good communication skills and ability to present a professional image reflecting our brand

It is essential that you have experience with MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Self-motivation and the ability to own your workload and responsibilities to completion

Preferred Requirements

Ideally, you will be educated to A-level or hold an equivalent vocational qualification in a relevant subject

2yrs experience of working within an office environment

Intermediate Excel skills such as use of Functions

Experience with CRM systems such as MailChimp or similar

Administrative Assistant

£19.500 pa

Monday – Friday
