Overview

As our Product Co-Ordinator you will support the delivery of products through design to pre-production, including the product set-up and costing for all products being processed through the customer squads and artwork team. You will be an important and effective link between Product and Ranging, Creative and Artworking.

Product Coordinator Responsibilities:

A varied role, your main responsibilities will include:

Support Product and Range Managers, Product Managers and Design Managers with product set up, data entry and costings for products. Working to an agreed Critical Date Path (CDP) and costing principles, informing, and escalating any concerns.
Support Product and Range Managers with any required brokered product set up and data entry
Working with Product Managers, Design Managers and Procurement to ensure products are costed correctly in a timely manner and meet Cost of Product targets
Understand product attributes and manufacturing process to ensure all product specifications are accurate in relevant systems before product is manufactured and becomes ready to ship.
Request any new Product Data set up in systems via Data Governance Team
Ensure data integrity and consistent application of templates/data entry to enable accurate reporting and analysis.
Has a deep understanding on the Hallmark Product Development system (PETE), the data it holds and functionality.

Previous experience within an administrative/data entry role would be an advantage
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel and PowerPoint – Essential
Experience of successfully multi-tasking and working to conflicting deadlines – Essential
