Finance Manager (Hybrid role)

Our client, a rapidly growing and modern international company based in Bicester, has an exciting opportunity are looking for someone to join their team as a Finance Manager.

This is a new position in the company, with the ability to make the role your own. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage and own the full spectrum of accounting and finance for the business, working closely with the company accountants, who provide data entry and clerical assistance.

This exciting role will join the company at a good time, as the successful candidate will have opportunity to grow into a more elaborate role as the company grows.

Areas of Responsibility
·Sales Ledger (Managing sales orders, invoices and payments)
·Purchase Ledger (managing supplier records, POs and supplier payment records
·Credit Control & revenue assurance
·Management of accounting reports
·Company payroll
·Company budgeting
·Monitoring and working with company accountants (statutory reporting, VAT returns)

The Ideal Candidate
·Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
·Attention to detail and well organised
·Prior experience in setting up processes/procedures would be desirable
·Prior experience in a Finance Manager role
·Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
