Your role will involve:

· Taking responsibility for the creation of projects, products, purchase orders and sales orders in the Sage system, ensuring all details are accurate before they are sent to the supplier

· Gaining a full understanding of customer supplier manuals, planning and coordinating freight of shipments to customers worldwide

· Managing the template creation and supply of shipping marks (aligned to Project P&L), as well as updates for supplier documents, ensuring the correct shipping documents and commodity details are sent and received for clearance and invoicing

· Supporting the Account Management team and Asia team with International and Domestic sample receipt, ensuring samples are delivered on time and within deadlines

· Getting involved in projects to improve functions

· Support the management of HQ, from H&S and offices moves to liaising with the landlord and site workers for any services, and repairs needed

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

· Solid experience within a similar role

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

· Determination to ensure accuracy and the smooth running of projects

· Excellent at learning and following processes

· Experience with Microsoft Office

· Excellent data entry/admin

· Eagerness to get stuck in and help

· Great with internal/external communication (Mostly emails)
