Role – Operations administrator
Location- EMA Airport, DE74
Shifts – Monday to Friday 10.30AM – 19.30PM
Hours – 40 hrs per week
Pay – £10.72 per hour standard/ £16.08 for overtime over 40 hrs. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Capturing location and data information of shipments
Invoice checks
General administrative support including reception.
Monitoring of data and data entry
Handling internal and external customer queries delivering excellent customer serviceREQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

Excellent customer service skills and professional attitude
Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently
Administration skills and computer literate essential
Prior experience would be advantageous, but not essential as full training is available
