Operations Administrator

One of our clients, who are a leading sub-contract precision engineering business based in the South, are currently looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join their growing business.

The Operations Administrator will:

Update and print job packs.
Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Update supplier accreditation's.
Input sales orders, estimates/quotes on the system.
Induction/maintenance training with new/current employees.
Scan Mill certs and attach to MRP (manufacturing resource planning).Experience needed as Operation Administrator:

Prior administrative experience preferred.
Prior experience of MRP/CRM software preferred.
Strong attention to detail of data entry into MRP/CRM & quality systems software.
Ability to work without supervision.
Ability to minute meetings/lead training.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

The hours would be Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-2.30pm.
