Overview
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator based within the West Bromwich area.
Duties include (but not limited to):
-Organising paperwork
-Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email
-General data entry
-Scanning, filing and general document management
-Ensure all tasks at hand are carried out in a timely manner
-Work with various departments within the company
Ideal Candidate:
-Effective time keeping
-Good communication
-Excellent organisational skills
Working day shifts.
Pay rate is between £10 – £12 per hour
