Our client is looking for a finance assistant to join their growing finance team. They are looking for someone who is a self-starter with some experience in payroll administration and purchase ledger. 

Key responsibilities:  

Processing Sales invoices.

Dealing with bank transactions.

Ledger data entry & processing.

Credit control checks for prospective clients.

Credit Control transactions and customer contact regarding debt collection.

Ensuring all sales invoices are settled promptly & within contracted terms.

Preparing statements showing income and payments.

Preparing statement for clients showing amounts paid and amounts owed for different periods.

Checking and ensuring the accounts are accurate.

Using Xero or similar accounting system to maintain accounts.

Working with and maintaining an organized filing system.

Participating in finance meetings
