Our client is a busy repair centre based in Hounslow
The job: They are looking for an exceptionally organised and communicative Admin Assistant to provide a first-class admin service to all stakeholders. Someone with proven organisational and administration skills. Someone with proven ability to build relationships. Based at the depot the duties would include;
* Answering telephones and dealing with all enquiries from staff and the public,
* Dealing with lost property
* Dealing with queries or occasional complaints
* Data entry onto databases and systems
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, deliveries
* Admin support to Site Manager and for payroll
* Other adhoc duties as required
Previous experience
* Previous experience in an administrative role
* Excellent IT skills including proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Accuracy and an eye for detail
* A commitment to providing excellent customer and administrative service. A strong communicator
Our client offers a varied role in a fast paced and friendly environment. This is an office-based role. This is initially a 6 months FTC.
