Logistics Co-Ordinator

Perm role, £21k pa, 39hrs per week, Mon-Fri, 10.30am to 7pm


Interaction Recruitment have a great opportunity for an experienced Logistics Co-Ordinator to work in the Logistics department of a busy Manufacturing company based in Elland.

Working as part of a multi-skilled Stock Management and Logistics Team, your role will be ensuring the management and efficient use of stock on site, sourcing of material and other goods and the despatch of customer orders. Day to day duties will include:

-Picking customer orders using SAP

-Collecting, checking and packing customer internal and external orders

-Answering telephone enquires

-Keeping stock inventory levels maintained

-Loading and unloading vehicles with counterbalance FLT

-Booking in and putting away of goods received

-Ensuring companies procedures and quality systems are adhered to at all times

Key skills needed for this role include:

-Must have experience in order picking, goods in and stock management

-Hold a C/B FLT License

-Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent in English and Maths

-Good attention to detail

-Accurate data entry

-Confident person who is good at dealing with customers and couriers

Working a 39hr week, your hours will be 10.30am to 7pm from Monday to Friday. The role is advertised as Permanent and with a salary of £21k pa.
