We are currently seeking a Lottery Administrator to work at this well established business within their head office based in Galgate.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

Salary: £18,525.00

You must be self-motivated, have excellent numeracy and computer skills along with, speed and accuracy and have a pleasant telephone manner.

Our ideal candidate will be able to meet daily and weekly deadlines, have an inquisitive problem-solving mind with good general administration, planning, organisational and time management skills.


• Answer and assist with incoming/outgoing phone calls.

• Sorting of Company/Lottery Office mail.

• Resolving member queries.

• Batching ( lottery renewal subscriptions )

• Computer data entry, verification & reporting

• Debit/credit card payment processing.

• Delivery/despatch of standing order mandates.

• Banking/payment reconciliation & reporting.

• Running the weekly lottery/prize draw for our clients.

• Post draw winner’s functions and reporting.

• Despatching of Company/Lottery office outbound mail.
