Description
As Logistics Administrator you will report to the Logistics Manager and can expect to have the following responsibilities:
Update and maintain daily data entry forms – including, but not limited to, KPI's, Route Logs, EA Quarterly Returns.
Collecting all driver paper work and ensuring it is uploaded onto internal systems
Stepping in and being responsible for depot operations and drivers when Transport Manager and Transport Shift Manager are away on annual leave
Ensuring all routes and paperwork has been checked & balanced
Printing and issuing all relevant paperwork required for drivers to carry out daily routesProfile
The Successful Logistics Administrator will come with the following skillset:
A Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain background is essential (ideally with previous Transport experience)
Strong administration skills is essential
Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems
Ability to take initiative and work on own accord
Desire to progress and further career
Live within a commutable distance of LeicesterJob Offer
On offer for the successful applicant is the following:
Basic salary of £23,000 – £24,000
