EUROTERRA CAPITAL is London’s premier garden square property developer and asset manager, specialising in development, investing, constructing and operating across all residential sectors, including luxury homes, luxury serviced residences, co-living, serviced apartments and student accommodation.
Due to market growth, We are now looking for a Junior Personal Assistant to join our family office and provide excellent administrative support to the the CEO, and Head of Aquisitions, as well as providing front-of-house support to the wider office.
The position would ideally suit a university graduate who is looking to establish a career in Real Estate. The successful candidate will benefit from plenty of exposure to various departments within the organisation.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Provide ad hoc support to the CEO and Head of Acquistions
* Booking cars, restaurants and other bookings
* Complex diary management;
* Travel Organisation including composing detailed itineraries, obtaining necessary travel documents, and visa coordination
* ordering office supplies;
* Assist with organising Team building days and events;
* Presentation formatting;
* Assist in maintaining external working relationships;
* Front of house reception duties
What you'll need to succeed
* Proactive, organised and be able to prioritise their time well.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
* Experience in a similar role is an advantage
* Have a resilient nature, Keen to learn and willing to go above and beyond
* Degree in Business or relevant to the working in the Real Estate Sector is desireable
