My client in central London is looking for an Interim Grant Finance Officer to help out for a few months.

A large Membership body based in Central London, looking for help on AP, AR and Grants.

Description

To assist the Programme Managers with day to day management of outstanding alumni grants and contracts run by the Shott Scale Up team, including processing payments, contracts, and awardee reports.

To ensure effective management of the team's grant spending data, through administration of related databases, including accurate data tracking on the progress of awards and reports.

To process all expenses claims.

Work closely with Programme Managers to ensure that all expenditure is in line with the programme budget and Academy policies, procedures, and processes.

Update online Grants Management system to accurately monitor legacy grants and awards that are overdue and complete all post award administration within an appropriate time.

Contact members of programme alumni to identify the progress made since their award, and to ensure our records accurately reflects the current status of all payments, reports and contact amendments.

Monitor the Grants inbox as required and ensure that all queries are responded to appropriately, providing advice on legacy grants, as well as general financial procedures and policies.

Profile

Relevant experience within a finance office and using higher functions for payment processing and import functions for swift data entry
Grants experience
Excel skills: intermediate (i.e. V-Look ups, pivot tables etc.).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Offer

£15-18ph depending on experience
