Our Public Sector client based in Birmingham City Centre is currently looking for an Administrative Officer to support their HR Department. This will be Monday to Friday, usually 9.00am to 5.00pm however the successful candidate must have a degree of flexibility in line with the needs of the business. This is a temporary assignment, paying £9.65 per hour going up to £10.98 in the 13th working week. This is currently hybrid working with the expectation that initially you may need to be on site more, for training purposes.

You will be assisting the team organising training for different departments within the business. Your responsibilities will predominantly be data entry for this role, with some other admin duties. You must be organised and able to take instruction, be able to follow set processes and procedures and be able read through and follow instructions accurately.

Skills required:
" Ability to use databases, Excel Spreadsheets
" Sound organisation skills to manage workloads
" Ability to work to work at pace to meet deadlines

This role will require a DBS check and three years referencing.
