Overview

An "Administrator" with ambition to develop is required for a specialist consultancy with offices based in Windsor, the organisation has grown rapidly and currently represents over 50 multi-national businesses globally and is able to offer Hybrid working (i.e. the ability to work from home on a regular basis) for a vacancy that is predominantly and initially to oversee an internal administrative role, however with time the role will develop to include customer-facing activities, including attending customer meetings and client debriefs. Other responsibilities include: * Overseeing on all the processes which ensures the timely and accurate visual presentation of certain Data to clients, which in turn supports the company's Consultants and Client Managers in their roles. * Responsibility for updating and managing your client's database, making sure all mailings and fieldwork happens on time. * Managing the fieldwork; setting the mailings, dealing with bounce backs, addressing low response levels to requests, communicating calls to action and generally keeping the process moving. * Following up on any other issues or queries that occur as a result of the process. * Preparing the presentation * Production of customer reports, * Making notes and capturing actions from the Debrief. * Continuous improvement: actively thinking about how to improve the process to increase efficiency, reduce errors and to make it simpler for both us and our clients to use. * Developing strong relationships with clients and seen as the first point of call. Answering any queries with confidence by phone and email
Qualities Required * A lively and fun team worker A sound knowledge & understanding of Excel PowerPoint * You should be numerate and articulate, able to express yourself clearly, simply and effectively in both written and spoken communication. * Ideally you should have solid administrative experience; we are looking for a naturally organised person who can work to deadlines and manages data entry with speed and accuracy. * Attention to detail, you should pride yourself on your flawless delivery of any reports. * Calm under pressure and able to juggle different projects and priorities. * Able to work well independently and as part of a team to support Managers with more complex clients. * Ability to communicate clearly, simply and effectively. * Strong presentation skills both written and spoken.
