Facilities Coordinator
Manchester – Office Based
£24,000- Mon- Fri (flexible on start/ finish times) 37.5 hour week

* An excellent Facilities Management & Technical Services provider with an industry leading reputation.

Your new role – Facilities Coordinator

* Working Monday – Friday, office based on a full time, permanent basis.

* Sorting correspondence (emails, mail etc), data entry, updating trackers, overtime and quotes and general administrative duties.

* Scheduling & Coordinating the mobile engineer’s activity, speaking with engineers to arrange reactive jobs with them, client liaison dealing with client requirements and queries.

* Using the CAFM system, logging jobs, raising tickets, closing jobs down, raising PO’s, quoting, ordering parts etc.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience in a similair role within FM, Construction or for a service delivery business is essential

* IT Literate (Word, office, excel, etc)

* Excellent communication skills

* Commutable distance of Manchester
